A NEW ME: Transparently, Abundantly (ANMTA) has a mission to raise awareness to mental, emotional, and spiritual health by providing inspirational value, products, and services. ANMTA is a platform in the mental health and ministerial industry that educates, encourage, and equip individuals with tools and resources to maintain self-care, experience transformation, and seek emotional wellness.
