Why R.E.S.T.?

Dr. Estrelita Bruce "Dr. E", Creator and Facilitator of ANM Self-Care R.E.S.T. Retreat created this program specifically for successful women leaders in business, careers, and family life. With overwhelming schedules, demands, meeting expectations, and internal pressures, these women are experiencing burnout at high rates and are in dire need of R.E.S.T. They seek the proper and tailored tools to experience a more balanced life that will fit their lifestyle, needs, and purpose.

What makes this R.E.S.T. Retreat unique? 

Dr. Estrelita Bruce is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Associate in the state of Texas (supervised by Dr. Stacia Alexander) who specializes in faith-based counseling and life-coaching services. She has over 19 years of experience helping individuals, small groups, organizations, and corporations (specifically women) understand the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, spiritual issues, self-care, and more. 

Dr E is aware there are a plethora of retreats that focuses on mind, body, and soul wellness. The R.E.S.T. Retreat is unique because it is centered around an expert and biblical approach to help women establish a work-life balance holistically, while exploring possible root, unresolved traumas or barriers hindering women from making a Christ-centered approach to self-care a lifestyle. 

Dr. E will implement her years of experience and passion to help women transform, her expertise, and the Holy Spirit to help her navigate this R.E.S.T.  Retreat. It will be a guided, faith-based, educational, empowering and an effective approach to helping hard-working women understand the impacts of those hinderance while, gaining specific tools to help them move forward to live more purposeful lives.
