About Dr. Estrelita Bruce "Dr. E"

Dr. Estrelita Bruce "Dr. E" is a LPC-Associate (Supervised by Dr. Stacia Henderson)Christian Life Coach, Author, TEDx, and International Speaker. She's also the author of multiple books and one being her memoir, "My Journey Towards A NEW ME: A Memoir of How I Turned Trauma & Loss into Opportunities & How You Can, Too."


She has received a Certification in Christian Counseling, a Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Counseling from South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary and has recently graduated with a second Master's degree of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. She's currently pursuing a license in professional counseling in the state of Texas. 


Dr. E. is the Founder & CEO of A NEW ME Counseling & Consulting, LLC (ANMCC, LLC) located in the DFW area providing Professional Counseling, Christian Life Coaching, and consulting services. ANMCC, LLC has a mission to provide Professional Counseling & Christian Life Coaching services that help individuals experience and maintain mental, emotional, and spiritual transformation and success. ANMCC, LLC educates, encourages, and equips individuals with tools and resources to maintain self-care, experience transformation, and seek emotional wellness. 


Dr. E has been providing counseling and Christian life coaching services since 2005 and is passionate about helping others transform traumas and losses into opportunities for personal growth, healing, and purpose. She shares this perspective through her intimate and transparent approach in one-on-one, group, or large conference settings.


Dr. E has provided services to faith-based organizations, corporate settings, community events, and mental health organizations.


With her many accomplishments and recognitions, Dr. E. is most proud of being a wife and a mom.
